The safety technical operating procedures of grinders are that the user must abide by a series of operating procedures such as the "General Rules of Metal Cutting Safety Technical Operation"
1. Safety technical operating procedures for grinders
The user must abide by the "General Rules of China Airless Electric Paint Sprayer factory Metal Cutting Safety Technology Operation".
The user must be familiar with the structure, performance and maintenance knowledge of the grinder.
According to the manual of the grinding wheel, select the grinding wheel that matches the rotation speed of the main shaft of the grinding wheel. The newly obtained grinding wheel must have a factory certificate or inspection test mark. Before installation, if there are defects in the quality, hardness, grain size and appearance of the grinding wheel, it cannot be used.
The grinder must be installed firmly and reliably, and the fastening screws must not be loose or damaged.
The flange of the grinding wheel must be of the same size, and its diameter must not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the grinding wheel. There must be a flexible gasket between the grinding wheel and the deck.
When tightening the nut, use a special wrench and not tighten it too tightly. Hammering with hard objects is strictly prohibited to prevent the grinding wheel from being broken.
After the grinding wheel is installed, a protective cover must be installed.
When the newly installed grinding wheel is started, do not be too rushed, first jog the inspection, and then use it after 5 to 10 minutes of trial rotation. Interns are not allowed to change the grinding wheel.
After starting the grinding wheel, run it idling for 2 to 3 minutes before it can be used.
The grinding wheel is shaking, there is no protective cover, the tool holder is worn, and it is not allowed to be used when the card is not firmly installed. The distance between the grinding wheel and the tool holder must be less than 3MM.
Do not use excessive force or hit the grinding wheel when grinding workpieces or tools. It is forbidden to grind on the grinder for workpieces that are too large or too small to be manually controlled, and non-ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, etc.
It is forbidden for two persons to work on the same grinding wheel at the same time, nor to grind the workpiece on the side of the grinding wheel.
When grinding, workers are not allowed to stand in front of the grinding wheel. They must wear protective glasses and dust masks. The workpieces that have been grinding for a long time should be cooled in time to prevent hot hands. It is forbidden to wrap the workpiece with cotton yarn for grinding.
Regularly repair the balance of the grinding wheel surface to keep it in good condition.
When the grinding wheel is worn to the specified size, it must be replaced immediately, otherwise it is forbidden to use it.
The machine must be shut down for inspection, maintenance, and adjustment of clearance.
The grinder must be equipped with good vacuum equipment, the installation location is convenient for operation, and it must have a good lighting device, and it is forbidden to work in a dark and narrow operating environment
The public grinder must be managed by a special person, and all the grinding wheels are not allowed to be wet. The grinding wheel should be inspected before use, and it can be used only after it is qualified.
The power supply of the grinder should be turned off in time after the sharpening.
2. Matters needing attention in the safety technical operation regulations of the grinder
Before using the machine tool, you must read the instruction manual carefully. Familiar with the structure of the machine tool, the function of each handle, transmission and lubrication system.
For newly-purchased or unused profile cutting machines, the handle should be refitted after opening the box. Use a 500V megger to measure the insulation resistance between all live parts and metal parts that may be touched. It should not be less than the operating temperature. 2 megohms.
Before use, you must check whether the grounding is correct, whether each terminal is loose, whether each fastener is loose, and whether the grinding wheel is damaged or broken.
Before use, test whether the rotation direction of the grinder is consistent with the direction indicated on the protective cover, and it must not be rotated in the opposite direction.
It should be operated evenly and smoothly. Do not use excessive force to avoid overload or cracking of the grinding wheel.
